Grounded support for the harder seasons.
hivehealth trauma support and recovery coaching is human-led, trauma-informed, and paced around safety, choice, and real change. It is for people in recovery, survivors of domestic or workplace abuse, and anyone walking through a season that asks more of them than a checklist can hold.
Not sure if this is the right fit?
Start with a hivehealth guide. We listen first, help you name what would actually help, and, if coaching is the right next step, introduce you to the coach whose experience matches your situation.
What a Client Care Advocate does →Coaching, not therapy.
hivehealth trauma support and recovery coaching is coaching, not psychotherapy. It is a grounded, confidential space where people feel heard, reconnect with their own strengths, and build a life that feels like theirs. When clinical care is what someone needs, your Client Care Advocate helps arrange that referral and coordinates alongside it.
Trauma-informed
Paced around safety, choice, and consent. You lead. Your coach does not push.
Recovery support
Practical, compassionate support for people building and protecting recovery.
Survivor support
For survivors of domestic or workplace abuse who want a grounded human in their corner.
Stabilize, support, grow
Sessions honor that healing is not linear and move at the pace real change requires.
Moments this kind of support fits.
- Early or ongoing recovery from substance use
- Life after leaving a domestic or workplace abuse situation
- A major life transition that is asking more than expected
- Hypervigilance, self-doubt, or trouble setting boundaries
- Wanting a human ally, not an app or a script
- Coordinated support alongside a clinical care team
How the work moves.
- 01Guide call
A hivehealth guide listens and helps you name what you actually want to feel different.
- 02Match to a coach
If coaching is a fit we introduce you to the coach whose experience matches your situation.
- 03Stabilize
The first stage is safety, grounding, and getting steady before anything else is asked of the work.
- 04Support and grow
As stability holds, the work moves into deeper support and the growth you want on your terms.
Trauma support and recovery coaches at hivehealth.
hivehealth coaching is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is available 24 hours a day by calling or texting 988. Your Client Care Advocate can help coordinate ongoing care once you are safe.
