hivehealth provides healthcare navigation, advocacy, coordination, billing and claims support, caregiver support, and provider-growth operations. hivehealth does not provide emergency care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, therapy, legal advice, or insurance brokerage.

Acceptance of terms

By using hivehealth.co or engaging hivehealth services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

What hivehealth provides

hivehealth provides human-led healthcare navigation, advocacy, care coordination, billing and claims support, caregiver support, and provider-growth and operations support. Specific scope and deliverables are defined in the membership, engagement, or services agreement that applies to you.

What hivehealth does not provide

hivehealth does not provide emergency care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, therapy or clinical mental health care, legal advice, or insurance brokerage. Clinical, legal, and insurance services are provided only by independently licensed professionals or partner organizations where applicable.

Not an emergency service

hivehealth is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, call or text 988 for mental health crisis support.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to engage hivehealth services on your own behalf. Caregivers may engage hivehealth on behalf of a person in their care, consistent with applicable law. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep account credentials confidential.

Acceptable use

You agree to use hivehealth.co and our services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

Sensitive information

Do not submit protected health information, Social Security numbers, insurance IDs, medical records, or sensitive legal information through general website forms. If protected information is needed to support you, hivehealth will provide secure instructions.

Payments and memberships

Memberships, single sessions, and engagements are billed as described at the point of purchase or in your services agreement. Memberships continue until cancelled. Refunds and cancellation terms are described at the point of purchase.

Partner providers

Some services are referenced or coordinated through independent partner organizations or clinicians. hivehealth does not control or supervise the professional judgment of partner providers. Your relationship with a partner provider is governed by that provider's own terms.

No professional relationship through site use

Use of hivehealth.co does not create a provider-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or insurance relationship with hivehealth.

Intellectual property

hivehealth.co, including its content, branding, and design, is owned by hivehealth or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without permission.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party resources, partner organizations, and scheduling tools. hivehealth is not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of third-party sites.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, hivehealth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hivehealth, its affiliates, and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold hivehealth harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
