Rachael Kelly is the Founder and CEO of HiveSMART Consulting and the best-selling author of From Trauma to Triumph. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across hospitality, travel, technology, and sports, she’s known for transforming organizations through thoughtful strategy and people-first leadership.
Before launching HiveSMART, Rachael served as Chief People and Culture Officer at Smokey Bones, where she led a major culture shift that earned the company back-to-back Great Place to Work certifications and national recognition for advancing diversity in leadership. The Florida Diversity Council named her 2022 Woman of the Year for her work.
In 2024, she founded HiveSMART with a bold vision: to help businesses thrive while funding real change for survivors of domestic violence, abuse and human trafficking through her nonprofit, HiveSTRONG. Every dollar of HiveSMART’s profit fuels this mission. Through this model, Rachael combines sharp business strategy with empathy and purpose, proving that strong companies and communities grow together.
Bridgette Corridan is HiveSMART’s Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience in people strategy, culture, and leadership development. A UC Santa Barbara graduate with a background in communications, she’s led talent and culture teams for global brands like Turnitin and Athleta, designing systems that help organizations grow while keeping their people at the center.
As both a certified professional coach and a sound healer, Bridgette brings a rare blend of business strategy and mindfulness to her work. She helps leaders and teams connect purpose with performance through everything from strategic growth planning to guided meditation and mindfulness workshops.
Her approach balances data-driven talent strategy with human connection, helping organizations build cultures where people feel aligned, energized, and ready to grow.
Maranda Jean serves as Chief People Officer for The Hive (HiveSMART’s parent company, Hive Enterprises) and Director of HiveSTRONG. With more than a decade of HR leadership in hospitality and restaurants, she’s led people operations for fast-growing brands like Smokey Bones and Huey Magoo’s, specializing in scaling teams while keeping culture strong.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Maranda is known for her ability to blend strategy and empathy, developing systems that support both business growth and employee well-being. At HiveSMART, she connects people, culture, and strategy across consulting and nonprofit work, leading trauma-informed programs that empower both employees and survivors.
